Valentine’s Day Special Dinner Menu

First Course: Choice of Appetizers-

  • Goat cheese crepe baked with spinach & prosciutto in red brandy cream sauce, or
  • Terrine de canard with cornichons (duck terrine), or
  • Escargots Bourguignon, or
  • Smoked salmon with field greens, capers and shallots, or
  • Lobster bisque with garlic croutons

Second Course: Choice of Entrees-

  • Seared sea bass with crabmeat in a sherry butter sauce, rice and vegetable medley, or
  • Pan-seared sea scallops with risotto and wild mushrooms in garlic ginger sauce and vegetable medley, or
  • Filet mignon aux morilles with scalloped potatoes and asparagus, or
  • Roasted rack of lamb served over roasted garlic and rosemary demi-glace with flageolet beans, or
  • Roasted duck breast with a stone ground Dijon mustard demi-glaze and caramelized brussel sprouts
